Social Media Seems Abandoned?

    I’m trying out the free version which seems to work fairly easily. If I import images from my computer it seems to load 2 of each into the slider but once they are in my gallery it works smoothly. I am contemplating purchasing the premium version but when I checked social media to ask a couple of questions Facebook looks completely abandoned and no tweets since February. Are you monitoring your social media?

    If I get the Multi pack but decide after a month of using it that I want the developer version would I get a credit?

    How quick can I expect to get help if needed?

    I apologize for any trouble but I’m happy to help!

    I just tested this and I was able to duplicate the same issue so I’m reporting this to the developer as we speak.

    I can confirm that it isn’t happening on the pro version – just the lite version.

    I can post back once I know when the fix for this on Lite has been released and thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    I’ve also notified my supervisor about the social media concern as well! If I can help with anything else in the mean time please don’t hesitate to let me know! ??
