Not showing all my categories

For some reason, this plugin is only showing me 2 random categories from my list of categories…How do I get it to show others?

Main categories. I submitted a ticket and they have told me the free version only allows 2. Ok, fair enough, so I asked how do I get to pick which 2, because it seems to have just randomly selected 2 to show me…not my full list. I actually only need 2 to be used, but I was unable to choose from my full list to choose those 2, since it picked which 2 for me. And apparently I’m supposed to choose from those 2.
