Can not deactivate RGG

  • Hi!
    for detecting a malfunction of another plugin I need to deactivate all my plugins, so Responsive Gallery Grid too. But it doesn’t work. The Plugin has no function for deacticate itself and the WP-Dashboard does not. I can choose “deactivte” or “delete”, there is no reaction.
    What can I do?

    this is strange. i guess you can always rename the folder under wp-content/plugins. that should disable the plugin
