Moderating the fb post publishing

Does it your plugin allow multiple fb profiles set up with your plugin and have ready fb posts to be moderated by my clients? Like, they pay me for the art, and they can see it done on my site, if they like it they press publish, and it is on their profile. Is that possible with your plugin? Or do you know any plugin that does that? Thank you!
