• Hope you are well! I have installed wordpress on my server but the menus on the left do not appear…

    I DO see:

    Dashboad
    Profile
    Collapse menu

the funny thing is, I re-installed WordPress on the site yesterday and they appeared. BUT today, when I log in (same computer etc), they are gone!!

  • Hi Billysurf,

Excuses if my suggestion is too simple, but are you certain you are logged in as admin or with admin rights?
Sometimes the easiest solution can be overlooked.
Also some plugins allow the user-interface or admin panel to hide parts. Have you installed any of those?

It is a matter of eliminating the possible solutions.

I also have same problem ??

    Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider to flush memcache on your server. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
