Questions about forms.

  • I have a rental site in WordPress, and have different houses that are up for renting.

    Now I’d like to add a form to every available house, but when people fill in the form and send it up, I’d like to be able to see if it the form was sent from “House 1” “House 2” or “House 3” etc.

    How do I go about doing this? Is there a specific form plugin that can do this for me?

  • Hi Rediation,

    You could set up a different contact form for each ‘house’ so you can control the reply and take stats for how many are sent from each subject (‘house’) There are premium plugins that add fields in the reply that could detect the page it was sent from. These premium plugins sometimes have free versions, though it would be best to check with the plugin author your specific required feature.
