Twitter page link not working

Hi,

Good day. The Social Count Plus Plugin is great however for Twitter, the link of the site’s page is not being linked to it. The twitter counter is working but when you click on the icon, it doesn’t take you to the site’s page unlike Facebook and Google+ where when you click on them they take you to the site’s pages.

The username, consumer key and secret, access token and secret are all filled in correctly, so that’s the only thing left that we need help with.

Any ideas?
