Edd Checkout does not work after activate Awesome Support

Hi,
I realy like to use ure plugin.
I have a multisite where I want to use it.It works like a charm for my custom support page. The logged in User can see his support tickets and can create new ones.
But also I use easy digital downloads for selling my product.
When I active Awesome Support and put a product to my shopping cart and go to the checkout page, I’m getting the message “your shopping cart is empty”.
When I deactivate Awesome Support, the shopping cart is filled.What can I do?
Notice:
For getting EDD to work, I had to add the following setting to my wp-config file:
define( ‘EDD_USE_PHP_SESSIONS’, false );
