Consider adding support for Theme File Editor

I have a few sites that the client has requested the theme editor being active so they can make theme edits via WordPress. I usually disable this functionality, but upon special request I will enable it. I’d really like to see at least that a theme edit was saved. It seems like it’d be as easy as hooking to the save function or even the button. It’d be really cool to see a quick diff. But I understand that seeing what the change was would be a bit complicated, since the contents of the files are not in the CMS (but that would be awesome too).
