Disable that plugin by accessing your site either through FTP or the File Manager app in your bluehost control panel. Once there, delete wp-content/plugins/facebook1

It looks like there’s a coding problem in that plugin. This is not a problem to blame on bluehost. ??

Are you trying to login to WordPress or your bluehost control panel? I think you’re confusing the two.

Is there a file manager on the control panel? I don’t use Bluehost so can’t really help with specifics other than googling

There are a number of support docs on Bluehost that can walk you through the file manager. You want to delete

If a plugin is causing an issue on the site, you can disable it from WP Tools, after you have logged into Bluehost. Scroll down to the plugin which is causing the issue and toggle it off to disable it, then check if the site loads and you can log into WP admin now.

@bodoflores, due to the differences between the various site hosting plans offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.

Steve, I have a self-hosted site which has been on-going as https://www.habitacionesparalatinos.org for over a year.
I am trying to gain access to my dashboard for that site which I am no longer able to do.
In signing in to https://www.habitacionesparalatinosdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin I am directed to a sign on screen which does not let me type in my user id and password. It does not let me type in anything. There is a link to get a new password but, after going through that exercise the sign on screen still does not allow me to type.
Is the problem that a free self hosted site is no longer available and I must pay for a basic plan with WP.com to access my existing site?

habitacionesparalatinos.org is not selfhosted — it’s at wordpress.com. Please contact their support channel. https://support.wordpress.com/contact/

    Will contact them, thank you.
