Failed restore

    Tried a simple back up and restore and it failed!

    Dropbox Backup (www_sitename_com-full-2017_03_13_18_45) wasn’t restored
    2017-03-13 19:06:18 MySQL Error: Incorrect string value: ‘\xF0\x9F\x98\x8A” …’ for column ‘option_value’ at row 1
