WordPress Address URL/ Site Address URL

Hello

I have made a website
https://adamhackers.co.uk/
however I would like my logo/ button to return viewers to the homepage when clicked, instead the page is not found.
Now, in settings under “wordpress address URL/ Site Address URL” the above address has several numbers in front of it (which i didn’t enter) – https://46.32.240.39/adamhackers.co.uk.
I’m wondering if this is why the button doesn’t work and if so should I get rid of these numbers?/ and in which the site or the wordpress address? – I’m worried about doing this because last time I did I then lost the ability to log back in!

Any help is massively appreciated ??
