My best guess is that this a theme issue. Please do some tests to be sure.
Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. I expect you will still see the problem?
Switch to the default theme. I expect that now the problem will not be there?
If so, you will know its a problem with your theme’s cart template. This page is theme code, not WooCommerce code.
Make sure you have the latest version of your theme.
If that doesn’t fix it, note that www.remarpro.com forum members don’t have access to the code in commercial themes, and for this reason and others, you can’t be helped further here. You will need to put in a support call to the theme author:
