Question Marks showing up in HTML Shape Active/Inactive Fields

    Hi!
    I used to have downturned triangles indicating Submenu items. Those have disappeared and there are question marks in the fields and I can’t get rid of them. I may be a little green about HTML shapes. I’ve been trying to find info on them through Google and still confounded.

    Any help would be nice!

    Hi!

    I’ve tried pasting each of these in the field:

    Display Character
    Decimal
    Hexadecimal
    Entity Name

    I either get a number of a question mark in the case of Display Character. The Entity Column has nothing in it…

    Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
