Change filter display

Hi all,

Thank a lot for your plugins, i bought the pro version.

I’d like to be able to sort my staff by country, but their is a lot of countries. Do you have any idea how to change the display?

OR can i be able to display on different lines my countries? (for example, 5 countries per lines).
