Sync doesn’t remove deleted folders

    Since the repair utility was removed, the sync option I believe is supposed to reset which folders and files are actually on the server. This has worked for files without any issues for me. Seeing that there is no way to delete a folder in Media Library+, I deleted the empty folders from the server directly and then used sync to rectify the Media Library+ with the server. Unfortunately this did not remove the deleted folders from the Media Library+. How do we remove deleted folders from showing up in the Media Library+ interface? Thank you

    The Fix Media Library Plus Folders plugin was removed since it was no longer needed. The plugin for reseting the folder data, Media Library Plus Reset is still included in Media Library Plus.

    Yes, folders can be deleted. Using the folder tree, you can delete a folder by (1) you have to be viewing a different folder than the one you want to delete and (2) right click on a folder you want to delete (CTRL-click on a Mac). This action will display a popup menu that says, “Delete this Folder?” Click that and if the folder is empty, then it will be removed. If you get a message that the folder is not empty, view that folder and click the Sync button to add any files on the server that are not in the media library. Then you can remove the files and delete the folder as explained above.
