Beats all other!

  • Just used this plugins. And I can say that it beats all other helpdesk plugins right out of the water. This free has features that are available only in PRO versions of other plugins. FOr eg. Email piping

    And it is extremely easy to configure.
    Deserves much more reviews than it currently has.
    Thanks again for this wonderful plugin.
