Hindi PDF charater is missing specially hindi Matra

Hello Guys,

I am using PDF-Viewer Plugin for our new website, that is basically a Hindi Weekly newspaper, I setup the plugin on the following link:

on some of the desktop computers, hindi matra is missing above the characters, you can check the screenshot on following link:

Any help, even on mobile & some computers its showing perfectly.
