• Hi,

    I have a contact form and a few times (not always) we experienced the following problem:
    – the sender got the automatic confirmation email (Email (2) option), but we didn’t get the email. I already put there a second email address just in case, but neither of them got the email. We can not find them in the spam folder either…

    Do you have any idea how to solve it?
