Cannot create New Ticket

  • I have just installed the WP Support Plus plugin but cannot seem to get any response when trying to create a ticket on the front end. It appears to link to something but after pressing it only refreshes the homepage.

    We do not understand which create ticket page you are using here. If it is guest ticket page, can you please share your support page URL to check the issue?
    Alternatively, you can deactivate all other plugins except WP Support Plus to check if issue is still there.
