Contact form email was not delivered

Hello,
I have two contact forms on this website. The old one which is the tab Contact and the new one which is the tab Contact (New).
I added the new contact form because the other one was created by someone else and I do not have access to that Jotform account in order to update that form. The website is(straygrasscolorado.com) I sent a email to the contact email address: ‘[email protected]’
and it was not delivered.
What do I need to check?
Do I need to change the delivering email address because the old form is out of date?
How long does it typically take for an email to arrive?
