  • Hey Wotik?

Let me know if I get this right. Icons in your footer disappear when you log out of your WordPress site? Well, this could be a caching thing. Do you use a caching plugin? You might want to purge your cache.

Also, consider clearing your browser cache as well. Then refresh your site, and check if the problem is gone. If it isn’t feel free to offer more details and we will help you ?? Hope that helps. Let me know your thoughts and thanks in advance!

    Best regards,

    Hey Freddy

    1. The icons in the footer disappear after logging off.
    2. I do not use caching plugins.
    3. I cleaned the browser cache but it does not help … ??
    4. refresh the page Ctrl + F5 but it also does not help … ??
According to me, the problem of disappearing icons is identical with the disappearance of buttons and logo …

    Confirm.
Just after updating WP to 4.7.3 and logging out icons in the footer of posts disappeared. Now, all posts have no icons in their footers. The texts with date, author name and post category remained. I also cleared my web page cache as well as cookies in the web browser but nothing helps.

    Hey

This problem can be solved as follows:
    1. While in Edit mode, save the icon from the browser on your computer hard drive.
    2. Then add them to the media library.
    3. In the “Footer options / content footer” default icons to replace those of the media library.
    4. After you log out, the icons in the footer should still be visible. At least for me it is so …

    Best regards,
    wotik
