    Hi There,

The plugin stopped working suddenly on all my sites (all using the same GA account).
I’ve tried resetting errors – no go.
Tried to clear cache – no go.
Then I’ve cleared the authorization in order to reauthorize the plugin, but it won’t accept the activation.

Following are the errors I’m getting:

  • Hi,

Contact your hosting provider. They should check the functionality of PHP cURL with SSL support.

As shown in the above error, your server fails to connect to Google.

    Thank you. Will do.

By the way, one of the sites where the plugin is not working, is not using SSL.
    So is it still connected?

It doesn’t matter, the SSL support is needed to establish a secured connection between your server (as a client) and Google’s API Server (the server), so it’s unrelated to your website’s default protocol.

For details, see the schema from this page https://deconf.com/data-usage-policy-extensions/.

Yes, thank you, I’ve realized that.

Unfortunately my hosting provide fist claimed it’s an issue with my site. After I’ve made it clear we’re talking about a few sites – there’s silence from the hosting now.

    We’ll see.
