Problem with Reponsive

    Hello,

    Our site is designbythebay.com. I just upgraded to Hueman 3.3.6 and everything seems excellent as usual except for the responsive template on the smart phones. Unlike the previous versions, Hueman 3.3.6 defaults to an incorrect and seemingly un-editable responsive version on smart phones for our site. I finally figured out that if I go way to the bottom of the page, below the copyright, there is a link (Full Site) that I can click and it goes to the correct responsive mobile template that I can modify in Presscustomizr. When I am on the “Full Site”, I see the correct mobile version that I can modify in Presscustomizr. However, at the bottom, the link toggles to “Mobile Site” which goes some other template. The problem is that the default is to the wrong template that I cannot modify but that’s what everyone gets when they bring the site up on the phone. I’m sure I’m missing something but I cannot figure out what. Hope you can HELP!…

    BTW, when I check in Presscustomizr, the mobile version is correct, and there is no link at the bottom of page to toggle between Full site and Mobile site, unlike when I check my phone. The Tablet and desktop versions work fine on those gadgets and in Presscustomizr.

    Yes, you are correct. Hueman Theme does not have this feature to toggle between Full site and Mobile site. It’s designed to be responsive in mobile, which is why you see the demo site loading properly.

    Your toggle link is most likely a plugin feature.
    You can do a plugin check to find out which plugin.

    Please disable one plugin at a time, clear any cache plugin’s cache content and clear mobile browser history before revisiting your site on mobile to check whether it’s loading properly.

    Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing this issue. Remove the plugin.

    Of course, you arecorrect, the plug-in Jetpack was the conflicting problem. Luckily, I don’t think I am using any of the Jetpack components.
