Image Gallery Thumbnails

    @jakecc89,

    Thanks for contacting us. You have small dimensions set for thumbnails by default. Go to Options>Thumbnail Options>Generated thumbnail dimensions, change its value and press Recreate Thumbnails button.

    Hi Support,

    Thanks for your email. I have tried recreating thumbnails at a higher dimension but the same issue persists.

    I’ve even tried the full dimension of the original image 4000×3000

    Any ideas?
