URL Lost

  • Ok, yes daft moment. Cloned site, set up new site, 30 minutes later all good. Deleted old site, lost backup and now new site is corrupt. Is there anyway of finding out what the URL was for the zip file ?? :/ Feeling hopeful but not really

  • Hi,

    your clone will automatically be put into the folder wp-content/uploads/wp-clone on the original site so it would still be there – but if you deleted everything, then it won’t be.

    But if you go into your file manager in the new site, the clone file should be there (in the same folder) so you could download it from there.
