Using the plugin to subscribe to MC groups

Hello,
I have a MailChimp list with ~ 15 groups (of interest). Each subscriber is subscribed to different groups.
I have www.remarpro.com 4.7.2 instance with posts.

I consider to use this plugin, and I’d like to know if it supports the following:
1. I need the flexibility to decide what groups the subscriber should be subscribed. There could be different groups for each post.
For instance:
For a given WP post that concerns a tool named AA, I’d like to add a “subscribe to newsletter” area so users will be subscribed to a certain group named AA. Is that possible using the plugin?
2. If the subscriber is already subscribed to that list, I need to UPDATE his subscription and add him to the groups relevant to this post (rather than replace the groups). Is that possible?
