    Hello,

I installed Caffeine Pixel and I connect to my facebook account, gave the permissions it need it and installed the Pixel in my site. Everything was set up correctly. After changing the time to my account facebook asked me to create a new add account so I did, although when I retried the proccess to reauthorize Caffeine to use the new pixel to my new account it was not showing up. I could only see the old one. The same results I got with the when I created a business ads account as well. Deleting and reinstalling the plugin did not help.

    Hi,

have you disconnected the plugin and tried login again? It should get the new Ad account after login again from the plugin.

Yes I did that. I also deleted the app from facebook apps but the problem is still there.
I also deleted the ad account that has the first pixel and the only account I got is the one with the new pixel in the Facebook but in Caffeine plugin I can see the old account and nothing else. Seems like a wordpress cache problem if there is any.

Yes, it seems really something related to cache. Have you some plugin for cache installed? Or are you in a hosting with some cache activated?

You could try to clear the transients, from the DB searching by %transient%aepc_% or using some plugin to clear the transients.

    Let me know.

Well I am using wp-rocket but I cleared cache and even I if I wouldnt clear it, wp-rokcet is not caching wp-admin. I do not want to try mess up with the database because I did it once with a plugin and messed up my product categories. If you are willing to tell which transient exaclty to clean I would do it manually. Did you test to reproduce the problem I have to one of your accounts? Is it everything ok to your end?

I do not know if you do anything but with the update the problem solved. I can see all my accounts, although it might be still a problem if I create a new account but for now I can activate the pixel I want.

    Such a great news! ??

No, I didn’t do anything yet, I was waiting to create a new Ad account on facebook to test, it’s not simple to do. Maybe something due to some cache, but it’s very strange.

Let me know if the problem returns.

    Hello again,

just to let you know if you want to create a new ad account for facebook you can just change the currency your account is using. This will create a new account, then you can test the plugin and when you are done you can delete the new account.

Thank you very much for the tip! ??
