Cancelled orders not exporting

    Hi,
    I am using the Pro edition of the plugin.
    All appears to work, except if I want to export all orders including completed, cancelled, refunded, etc.
    The resultant xls file does not export cancelled orders (or orders other than completed).

    I have also tried to export just cancelled orders, it exported a file with header only, but no sales record.

    Help is appreciated.

    To answer your question, are you setting the date range of the report to reflect the dates in which the cancelled orders were originally created, or to reflect the dates in which they were cancelled? By default, the plugin will only do the former, but there is a solution available. Please open a support ticket at the support center linked to above so that we can help you further.

    I lodged a ticked at the link provided.
    Though so far I have not had a response.
    If you do not mind, may I get some support here.

    As at this point I have tried various combinations and tried to focus the target group so that it has to show the cancelled orders. To no avail.

    What I have eliminated so far:
    – Date range (I’ve tried with all or between dates)
    – Order type (all and also cancelled orders)
    – File type (xls, CSV, etc)
