How can i add weight based shipping method?

Hi,

I have e-commerce website made on WordPress. I would like to add following functionality in my website.

1) Weight based shipping method.

I am operating my business from Mumbai (India) and I am getting order from all over India. Now at present I kept rates for all the product according to weight 150gm because my all products are under 150 gm. Now very soon I will be adding few more products which will be between 150gm to 1kg.

Now I would like to implement such system in my website that if I am getting order from Delhi and if he has chosen the product of 250 gm so his shipping cost should come accordingly.

Here in India we have different shipping cost for different stats e.g. I would like to ship any product to delhi upto 150 gm so shipping cost would be Rs.70/- for delhi If he chosen different product which has 500gm weight so shipping cost will be Rs 92/-

likewise if there is an order from Bangalore for the product which has 150 gm weight so its shipping cost will be Rs. 60 if its goes upto 500gm so it will cost Rs. 80/-

also, shipping cost should be calculate automatically according to products weights in the cart if customer has chosen more then 1 product. Like if customer from delhi chosen 1 product of 150 gm and 3nd product of 250gm so his cart should automatically add the cost like for 150gm + 250gm = 400gm so his shipping cost should come according to the weight which is applicable for 400gm for delhi.

So, I would like have such functionality in my website. Customer should get the prices according to the state where his is residing in with product weight. As i mentioned above e.g.

kindly help me to get such functions.
