Shortcodes for Sales and Lettings

I am creating a new website for a client and am very impressed with Property Hive so far.

However, I am struggling with the correct shortcodes to place on relevant pages to display ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’.

Can you tell me what the correct shortcode should be for each page? I understand that [properties] shows all properties but am not sure what I then need to add to just show certain departments only.

I need the shortcodes for:

Residential Sales
Residential Lettings
