Contact Form Broken in Chrome

We’ve just set up a contact form on https://www.thesignalbox.com.au
We’ve run into an issue with certain versions of Chrome (or Mac OS), where we find the contact form not to work. When users click on contact us, the pop up comes up no problem – they add their contact details and message, then click send. When they click send, the window does not close and they do not receive a prompt that the message has been sent, however the message did go through. So what ends up happening is they click send 15 times thinking it’s not working.
Any way to fix this?
This problem did not replicate on Safari, or on our phones. On the secondary laptop, Chrome worked. However we’ve had a few people report it not working on their computers.
