Search Spam

  • There are sites that use WordPress site search as a spam method.

    I found this because of the warning “Increase in soft-404 pages” on Google Search Console. There is a thread about this here and here.

    Most of the searches include “Q82019309.com”. There are also some for “www.djyl18.com”.

    Is there any way of blocking this with Wordfence? or could it be implemented? I’m currently having some issue with processes eating all my hosting resources and I found these searches in the logs.
