Unknown File in WordPress Install – Security Issue?

    My hosting provider alerted me about some random files in my WordPress installs (Multiple sites). I’m unsure if they should be removed or stay as they are.

    Does anyone recognise this file name? What should I do?
    ~/clickandbuilds/*FOLDERNAME*/wp-includes/wp-pages.lib.php

    The code is below. If you recognise what the code does that would also be useful.
