disappearing ampersands

  • I have tried a few aggregators like wp-o-matic and feedwordpress but am having the same issue with all them. Ampersands ‘&’ are being stripped out of urls once the feeds get into a wordpress post. If a link in the feed has &’s in them they are removed.
    Ie. https://foo.bar.com/page&ya&id=1
    Becomes https://foo.bar.com/pageyaid=1
    New install of wp 2.6.2.
    Is this normal or do I something setup wrong?

    Fixed, although not sure what option exactly fixed it.

    Had this problem on a dedicated server, it worked fine on a shared account. Did some comparison between the two. Made some php config changes on the dedicated server adding options to make it looked like my shared account. Recompiled and now the ampersands aren’t disappearing.
