From Field issues

Hi.

I use special email leading system with tracks the emails which has been submitted from contact form based on the senders email address as a unique identity to generated special guest cards.
All my emails unfortunately going to one lead < [email protected] > which crashing the entire idea of monitoring incoming email addresses. I try to make adjustments on From field for making it shown on incoming email senders Nane and Email address, but keep getting error massage. What can I do in order to make it working like normal e-mails which showing senders Name and email address ?
