    It might be an incompatibility with LastPass: Free Password Manager 4.1.41 extension in Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)

    I confirm the LastPass incompatibility. “bolero20” is a login name for the website.

    Thank you for letting us know that you were able to identify the cause of this issue.
    MailPoet does not interact with LastPass in any way, and LastPass shouldn’t try to insert data into non-login fields unless specifically instructed.
