Edit pages visual tab not working

    I have inherited WP 4.2.4 and this website was created in March 2015. The contact page has stopped working correctly. Cannot see the text when typing in the contact fields to submit a request on the website. When I’m on the edit pages page the visual tab show nothing, however the text tab shows ‘<script SRC=”https://form.jotform.us/516948519851981165&#8243; type=text/JavaScript”></script>’. Because I know nothing about how to use WP, I’ve been reading the support forum and poking around in the admin site. I do not want to update to the current version because I read on the forum that some things would be lost and I’m not sure if I have a backup and if I do, I wouldn’t know where to find it. It appears that the other pages are working okay and I’m able to edit on those pages. Please let me know what other information I can provide.

    This form is created on the jotform site and embedded on your WP site. You’d need to ask jotform why it isn’t working. (Why would one use an external site for a form? hmmm….) If I were asked to work on this site, I’d rip that out and use a plugin (like Formidable or CF7) to add a form to the site.

    Update your site if you want support. Back it up first, of course.
