• Say i have a user that have contacted me with the address [email protected] while [email protected] is the recipient address where i receive the email form the contact form in my website.
    All ok but in the header of the received email i have automatically the following reply-to:
    Reply-To: [email protected], “Support” <[email protected]>

    This is an annoying problem because when i want to reply to the user i must remember ti strip the adress [email protected] from the recipient list as i don’t want to reply to myself.

    Please, how can i avoid this problem?

  • Hi, can you check your settings in the following area Settings -> FS Contact Form -> Basic Settings -> Email Settings? What have you entered in this setting?
