Set discount by normal price or sale price

    Can you please add the ability to give discount based on normal price?
    With current setup if you want to create a user role with discounts the discounts also apply to already discounted prices

    @rostamx: Currently this feature is not available in this plugin. However, we would like to implement this in future.
