Attribute Select Menu not showing result

    Hi all. I am having a problem with the select options for my products. Everything works correctly, apart from the 3 attribute select options I have don’t change from their initial value when selecting. The information is there, as the price changes with the selection, but the option value remains fixed at the initial value.

    Your theme is version 2.0 but versions have moved on since then to keep up with WP & WC, so consider updating. Its not possible to say that will fix this problem but its a reasonable step to take.

    Hi lorro, thanks for the help, much appreciated. I’ve updated to the latest now. It has slightly helped in that the first menu option I select now does show the value. However any selections after the first remain as before and the value will not display in the menu.

    The html markup for these select elements is non-standard. I think its coming from something called custom-select which is there to provide a method of styling select boxes. It looks like quite fancy stuff. This could be something from Visual Composer or from your theme.

    You’ll need to carry out tests to find out. Temporarily deactivate Composer. Do you still see the problem? If not, its a Composer issue.

    If so, switch to say the Storefront theme. If you don’t see the problem now you will know its coming from your theme.

    I can’t see it being any of your other plugins, but if you haven’t identified the problem software by this step, temporarily deactivate those also and test.

    If it is coming from Composer or from your theme, you need to contact the relevant vendor’s support service. Commercial products are not available to www.remarpro.com forum members, so for this reason and others, this forum is not able to support commercial products.
