If it is not the domain property defined by google console api, it may be the theme.
I had issues like this, I enabled the default theme of wordpress Twenty Seventeen and it worked fine.

    Hello all,

Be advised that there is generaly a conflict with the Google Maps plugin.
The Improve My City platform loads the Google Maps plugin only in its views either in the back or the front end.

There is the posibility that you have an active plugin that loads the Google Maps plugin for all views of your website and when the Improve My City settings page (or any other page that uses it) is loaded, a conflict is created.

Can you look into it and get back to us?

Please note that the default action for the plugins is to not load plugins like the Google Maps globaly, but only on a ‘needed’ basis. This means that the plugin creator must fix his own plugin to not ‘overflow’ the wordpress installation with the Google Maps plugin.

We will try and handle these conflicts but we cannot promise anything due to the nature of this situation.

    Hello,

IMC is great if Maps works well. Without it IMC means zero, like a person with no heart.

We know the very high price (almost abusive) for getting a working professional plan (6.000 €, exclude VAT!!!) is not for the usual citizen.

So, a simple working free plan is welcome, but working is not just making appear a map, but a map with a marker where the user is.

Another problem to the user is to know what API Map to choose.

There are six API Maps. What’s the one we must create?

    Hello jmruas,

If your map is not loading, it means that another plugin loads the Google Maps library in an IMC page. A solution is to check your other plugins, to find which one creates the conflict and disable it.
Can you provide us with a link to your installation to check it?

The plugin uses the Google Maps API. I’m not sure what do you mean by six API Maps.
