Date notation in answering form

    Hi,

    I set the language at Dutch in WP. I made a contactform with the field Date for Birthdate. In the form on the website I see DD//MM//YY, just like I want it.
    But in the confirmation mail the date notation is YY/MM/DD. And there I also want it to be DD//MM/YY

    How can I do this?
