Forum icon (like “new post” “not new post” ) not show for guest.

Can you please add this code to your themes functions.php file and check if its working:

function wp_enqueue_own_scripts() {
	wp_enqueue_style('dashicons');
}
add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'wp_enqueue_own_scripts');

I removed some unnecessary code and it’s working now
