Add to Cart linking to 404 Page

    On my website when a user clicks ‘Add to basket’ on a simple product from either the shop page, category or the homepage (directly without viewing the product), they are redirected to a 404 page.

    Not sure if this is something anybody else is experiencing on their sites but help would be appreciated

    I have checked your website and looks like you have managed to fix the issue.

    Hi Madelin, sorry but I have not. It is OK when you click ‘select options’ but for example, if you click ‘Add to Cart’ on the Multi-level Barrel Planter (currently the only simple product on the homepage) then it is still redirecting to a 404.

    Have you edit any theme file?

    No I have not.
    I have just updated the theme to version 1.1.18 which I believe would wipe out any changes I had made if so and I am still experiencing the same issue.

    Apologies – I have just found a plugin that seems to be interfering with it. I shall contact the plugin author to see if they can help
