No place to add a comment after changing a theme

I just installed the wordpress and put a new theme , which by the way is an awesome product, however after installing the theme I notice that I am not able to have a comment initiated nor is there a link to do so.. I am sure that this is something that everyone else has run accross before,, any solutions or help … thanks mucho
