need help installing Adsense Codes in Blog..plz help!

I activated WP blog from Yahoo blog options. I use Yahoo web hosting, and Site Builder tool to add adsense codes to my web pages. But I have no idea how to install Adsense codes to my blog. I use WP default Theme.
Since Im not tech-savvy, sure can use instruction in plain english:)
