Excessive Admin-Ajax Calls

  • Hello,

    My website was recently throttled by my host because of too much resource usage. One of the primary issues was excessive admin-ajax calls from by the Wordfence plugin. Would someone help me understand what is causing all of these calls and how I can reduce them while still maintaining site security?
