Upgrade to Three – Forms Lost

I just upgraded to Three (Version: 3.0.27) on a test site and it only converted 8 out of 28 forms! All those other forms got wiped out!

Also when I edit one of the converted forms it looks just like the previous version, it that how it’s supposed to look?

I did test a converted form and that seems to be working properly. Is there anyway to recover the old forms? As I mentioned this is a test site but if I am going to loose all my forms I can’t possibly upgrade.
