Fast Secure Form working, email received but not listed in comments

    I have a fresh installed Fast Secure Form plugin. Settings are done. Forms are working and I receive the mails. Everything looks perfect. But in WP Dashboard the received form messages are not listed in the ‘Comments” section. Neither in the spams. It should be automatic but seems to be disappeared in WP!

    The Theme: Customizr.
    Host: Go Daddy, no problem with email receiving by forms sent.
    Akismet: Working fine.
    Receiving e-mails state that the form messages are passed by Akismet spam control.

    I have followed these steps to find out the reason:
    1) I have posted several forms with success and have received all of them by emails.
    2) Checking Dashboard’s Comments section. Those successful form messages are not shown either in “Pending”, “Approved”, “Spam”, or “Trash” sections.
    3) Checked exported xml backup of the web site. Those messages are not found.

    How can form messages be shown in the ‘Comments” in order to approve them?

    This plugin does not keep track or backups of the comments submitted via the contact form.

    There is a plugin that carries out what you are trying to achieve. Please read the following documentation to learn more.

    Thanks for quick response.
    I spent some time to find out that plugin in the “documentation” URL you mentioned.
    If it is “Contact Form DB”, its link does not work and I get this message:

    “Whoops!
    We couldn’t find that plugin. Maybe you were looking for one of these?”

    Is there any other options to solve the problem?

    Hi, if you check the link again you will notice that there is another link. This link is placed in place just in case it does not show up in www.remarpro.com. The first answer says.
